This ink-painted mini-scroll was a study for the 100-meter long drawing In Search of 44 Sunsets, that Jennifer Wen Ma made for the exhibition Forty-Four Sunsets in a Day. This playful study shows an ink-and-pigment composition using contrasting techniques, sometimes sprayed and splattered, other times delicately applied.
